2012 Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc
The Adelaide Hills is one of Australia's top viticultural regions with a perfect climate for growing premium Sauvignon Blanc. The 2012 vintage was brilliant all round. Ample rainfall in the winter leading up & moderate temperatures without any major weather events to disrupt the vineyards from veraison to harvest. Hand harvesting & sorting were employed to ensure only the best fruit made it into this wine.
Varietal characters so distinctive of Sauvignon Blanc leap out of the glass & prepare your palate for the intense varietal characteristics of snow pea, passionfruit & lime. The crisp acidity counters this fruit sweetness to ensure this wine is balanced & elegant.

DJing
In addition to a healthy interest in all things wine, I have spent the last decade DJing in clubs & bars from Sydney to San Francisco. These days the gigs are much less clubby & much more loungey. Follow the link & you can download my mixed sets & remixes for free.
