A Pop-Up Restaurant where you BYO the food. 

This concept has been tried and tested in the underground food scene of Melbourne and now Adelaide gets its chance as we set up temporarily in the food & produce hub that is the Adelaide Central Market.

Where? Stall 16/17 Adelaide Central Market

When? Fridays (11am - 9pm) & Saturday (11am - 3pm) through December.
*EXTENDED SEASON - Also trading Sunday 22nd to Tuesday 24th December. 

Do i need to book?: No bookings. 

What?

The concept is friendly & simple:

Take one empty Central Market stall, add a restaurant & bar fit-out, wine, music & your very own line-caught, locally-sourced, free range winemaker come sommelier.

There are literally hundreds of amazing food vendors within the Adelaide Central Market. First rate food with soul & substance is within easy walking distance.

Your side of the bargain:

Choose the food from one of the many amazing market vendors / food stalls (yes, it comes with you).

How?  

Either order & collect food from your favourite place; or
Check out our suggested menu, listing limited & special dishes (changing daily) from our favourite friends around the Adelaide Central Market. 

Our side of the bargain:

We seat you, provide everything you need including a wine list featuring lip-smacking small-producer South Australian wines (& beers) designed to match your meal.

Think Bahn Mi Brackets, Salumi Sessions, Pizza Plenary & Bibbim Bap Bonanza.
