EVENT: Wine dinner with a difference - Release the Yeast

On Wednesday 23rd of October, Masterbaker Brenton Lang of Rustica Sourdough and I will join forced to bring you dinner with a difference. Brenton and I have sat down and nutted out 6 course menu from savoury to sweet that will show a different side to Rustica that you may have known with the added twist of matching my wines with baked goods. 

The night will include an educational element as we delve into the process of wild yeast fermentation, how it applies to authentic sourdough and the natural winemaking process. 

Tickets are limited and cost is only $80pp (plus a small booking fee if you book online).

That's $80pp for 6 courses with matched wine. Banter will be thrown in for free...
