Release the Yeast! Dinner with the Baker & the Winemaker

On Wednesday the 23rd of October I will join forces with Brenton Lang, Masterbaker of Rustica Sourdough to lead a small group through a flight of aroma, flavour and fantasy at a wine dinner with a difference.

Brenton & I will share some wisdom about wild yeast fermentation and how this biological process impacts artisan breadmaking & artisan winemaking processes.

Enjoy a unique six-course dining experience from the Rustica Sourdough bakers moving from the savoury to the sweet, each course paired with wine by Vinteloper.
