OPN/14 - ODEON Pinot Noir
IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR LUXURY WITH AN ADDED EDGE, THIS IS IT.
JUST 612 BOTTLES PRODUCED.
HANDCRAFTED IN THE ADELAIDE HILLS, TURN HEADS AS YOU SLIDE THIS ON THE TABLE.
The best wine we've ever put in a bottle from what has been & continues to be the most immaculate, well managed, near perfect, organic & sustainably managed vineyard we have ever worked with.
A tense and delicate facade belies the potency and virtue that follows. Ultra lean colour, floral, spice, tart cherry, cinnamon and dried herb. Earth woodsmoke and orange rind freshness. The structure is shocking. Muscular. A wolf in sheep's clothing, ODEON Pinot Noir is unrelenting on the palate.
It seems the 2014 vintage might be our best ever. Well timed rainfall ensured our vineyards were happy and temperate conditions during flowering following by mild conditions after veraison resulted in perfectly formed bunches, balanced yields and clean canopy.
THE PERFECT GIFT, FOR SPECIAL MOMENTS AND CREATING MEMORIES.
