Our mantra for Gris is 'raw, textural and stylish'.

While looking youthful upon release, we know in time it's set to delight.

Youthful summers leap from the glass.
Those tropical characters are epic up front. Then taking its cue from the hue of orange (from extended skin contact) you get Orange Sherbert punctuated by Earl Grey tea.

It's crunchy acid line underscores how dry and austere the palate presents, all while the flavour profile gives and gives and gives

Crushed immediately upon receival to the winery.
Skin contact for 24 hours prior to pressing to extract a faint blush.

A small component was fermented on skins.

40% fermented in old French oak barriques with wild yeast, left on full lees and stirred until bottling.

60% fermented in stainless steel tank with wild yeast.

Post-fermentation we chilled and sulphured to prevent any Malolactic Fermentation and retain crunchy acidity.

No fining. Vegan friendly.

We love what Pinot Gris can do with food.
