From the 2024 harvest, we spotted an awesome chance to really play with these expressive varietals, so we got straight to work, with Gewurz on skin for fermentation.

From there, it was all about keeping our hands off – leaning hard into minimal intervention – and we bottled it without fining, because why fight against all those delicious layers and intriguing edges we'd worked so hard to find? It's about letting the wine be itself, no filter.

Weirdly, the rosewater and turkish delight elements that dominate the aroma don't carry through to the palate with the same intensity. We love this about GRZZAH.

Imagine salty sea spray mingling with crunchy samphire and a hint of exotic blooms carried on a refreshing sea breeze.

There's crisp apple notes and a surprising touch of Turkish delight, finishing with a zesty, margarita-like tang.

Perfect for those who like their wine with a side of adventure.

With our own Gewurztraminer coming on stream at the home vineyard in 2025, this was our final instalment from The Eureka Vineyard, Woodside.

Gewurztraminer has been the heart and soul of our Park Wine / White for a decade, and the way it soaks up skin contact fermentation is key to that.

The smaller Riesling component comes, as always, from Bryksys Vineyard in Watervale, Clare Valley.

Snuck out of our R/24 Riesling, the GRZZAH needed that bite of acidity, and fresh white flowers that fine Riesling can deliver.
