We have evolved our 2024 Chardonnay for that modern vibe. Imparting the Vinteloper twist and cool climate restraint. 

A wine that is complete, that encompasses the full spectrum of Chardonnay without a single defining highlight. Beautiful balance, a wine style inspired by the quiet appeal of understated luxury.

While restrained in its youth, this wine looks set to blossom in the medium term.

There’s a hi-hat tempo from citrus, and stone fruit and the acid line snappy and crisp like the snare.

From the 2024 season, one that started wet, but saw a return to ideal ripening conditions once we got into summer.

Single-vineyard Chardonnay, hand-harvested in the optimum window for flavour development with slow sugar accumulation and retention of natural acidity.

Post-harvest we chilled the fruit overnight before pressing for maximum freshness and protection from oxidation.

100% fermented in French oak with a mix of cultured and wild yeast and set on Lees to maximise the depth, complexity and flavour.

Matured in French oak for 9 months.
A select and intentional 15% new oak.
